All transactions on the timetobet Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and conversion fees may apply.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with customer support.
The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
timetobet aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, timetobet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your use of the timetobet Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will endeavor to resolve disputes within five (5) business days of receiving your complaint.
